Thai Marlin Steaks

* Marlin is a very mild firm steak-like fillet. Matched with our Thai marinade this quick dish will satisfy even the pickiest eaters



* 1 pound marlin steak
* 1/2 pound Thai marinade
* !/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
* 1/2 cup fresh snap peas (green beans or snow pea pods are great also)
* 1/2 cup red bell pepper, thinly sliced
* for option heat add:Sriracha hot sauce to taste


* Marinate the marlin in the Thai marinade for about 30 minutes. Add fish and all the marinade to a medium hot skillet. Cook for 3 minutes, add basil, peas, and peppers, cook for 2 more minutes. Flip the fish and add hot sauce if you wish. Cook for 2 to 3 more minutes. Serve over jasmine rice.
