Spicy Tuna Mix

* Use all those small pieces of tuna (or salmon) that are not suitible for rolls or nigri.
* This recipe is really blended to taste.

NOW TO THE KITCHEN…

Ingredients

* Fresh Ahi tuna, coarsely chopped
* Chili oil
* Togarashi (Japanese chili peppers)
* Hot chili sauce (Sriracha)
* Masago (smelt roe)
* Scallions, thinly sliced and rinsed

Directions

* Mix equal portions of each spice and taste. Mix tuna in gently. Add the masago and scallions last.
