* This easy to make recipe will appeal to those not quite ready for a straight up raw oyster!
* Already shucked oysters are easiest and most economical to use but shucking your own is also a great way to go.
* Add a touch of vodka for that extra kick!


* 24 oysters, shucked
* 1 cup Longbranch Bloody Mary Zinger mix (sold here)
* 2 tablespoons celery, finely chopped
* 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
* 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
* 1/2 tablespoon cholula hot sauce

* 24 very very thin celery sticks for garnish
* 24 shot glasses


* Mix all ingredients well except for oysters.
* Add a small amount of mix to bottom of glass, add oyster and top off with more mix. When using vodka, pour that first, then the oyster and the mix.
* Garnish with celery stick.
* Makes 24 oyster shooters. Enjoy
