Ginger Salad Dressing

* This is one of our top favorites, both as a dressing or a marinade.
* Great as a dipping sauce for eggrolls and potstickers too.


* 3/4 cup fresh ginger, minced
* 1/2 cup salad oil
* 1/2 cup rice vinegar
* 2 tablespoons fresh garlic, minced
* 2 tablespoons soy sauce
* salt, pepper, and sugar to taste


* Add all ingredients together in a food processor and blend throughly.
