CRUSTY WASABI TUNA STEAKS

* A sweet and crunchy recipe

NOW TO THE KITCHEN…

Ingredients

* 1 lb tuna steak
* ½ cup crushed wasabi peas
* 1 egg
* 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
* ½ lb mango salsa

Directions

* Beat the egg
* Dip the tuna in the egg mixture, then roll the steak in wasabi pea crumbs.
* Let set for 5 minutes.
* Sear in a hot pan with vegetable oil about 2 minutes per side for rare tuna.
* Serve with mango salsa on the side.
